Refunds for Damaged Items Only
We only offer refunds in cases where items are received damaged. To be eligible for a refund due to damage:
- You must provide video proof of the damaged item upon delivery
- The damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The video must clearly show the packaging and the damaged product
How to Request a Refund for Damaged Items:

- Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 48 hours and credited to your original payment method.
